A twenty-four hour hotline is available by dialing the same phone number after normal business hours.

    • Payment of estimated coinsurance, deductible or copayment is due at time services are rendered.
    • Products provided on a rental basis require a credit card to remain on file for the duration of the rental.
    • Patients are responsible for paying the cost of all medical equipment and services in the event the health plan or insurance does not pay.
