Teammate Spotlight: Angela Jones!
Angela Jones has been with Apria for six years as a Respiratory Therapist and takes pride in supporting patients and their families. She describes herself as patient, compassionate, and a good listener, and enjoys reading, bowling, and gardening in her free time. Angela Jones recently shared her thoughts on her role as a Respiratory Therapist, her journey with Apria, and some personal details to help us get to know her better:
Why did you join Apria and what makes you stay?
I started with ABC which was acquired by Apria. I stay because I enjoy working with the patients and helping them get better from the babies to the adults.
Why are you proud to work at Apria?
I am proud to work for Apria because I am a small part of the families' lives.
How would you describe your job to someone outside of Apria?
I work with people who have breathing problems (all ages). I setup and help maintain ventilators, cough assist machines, vest, BiPAP's and sometimes CPAPs. I also educate the patient and family on the equipment and their disease process.
What are some things you like to do in your free time?
I like to read, go bowling, and gardening.

The Bahamas.
