Teammate Spotlight: Meet LaDonna!
LaDonna spends her working days helping our sleep and respiratory patients in Delaware. She has been a Registered Respiratory Therapist with Apria for over four years and took some time to tell us about her job, her time with the company, and a little bit about herself:
Why did you join Apria and what makes you stay?
I joined Apria because I was looking for an opportunity to be able to take care of patients while allowing for a better work-life balance.
I stay because I have found that I love the continuity of care that you get with your patients at Apria. You're involved with your patients' care journeys throughout, at each step, assisting, making sure that they have the best respiratory device treatment experience that they can.
Why are you proud to work at Apria?
I'm proud to work at Apria because I am surrounded by a team of people who are just as dedicated to helping our patients each and every day as I am.
How would you describe your job to someone outside of Apria?
My role involves educating and supporting individuals in managing their respiratory treatment plans for successful home care.
What are some things you like to do in your free time?
I always want to spend time with my family and catch a sunset or sunrise when I can. I also enjoy being by the ocean, I love the ocean.
