Jeannine is the Director of Strategic Relations as well as a Respiratory Therapist, and has been with Apria for an incredible 20 years already. Jeannine told us a bit about herself, her time she has spent here at Apria, and what she enjoys doing when she's not at work. Here's what she had to say:
I joined Apria because of its focus on patient care.
I stay with Apria because I believe in our mission and our values. Integrity and doing the right thing are very important to me. I am proud to be part of Apria because we have never lost our focus on patients first!
Especially as a Respiratory Therapist, the thing I am most proud of is the difference we make in the lives of our COPD patients. Working on our video testimonials for our patients whose lives were changed by NIV was one the proudest moments of my career.
The Director of Strategic Relations supports the people working in the field with payors (insurance) and hospital relationships. I work on new agreements and then support those agreements to increase market share and appropriate reimbursement. This role really focuses on building relationships with the payors so that Apria can grow its business and help more patients throughout the country.
I love to spend time with my family, especially my 3 grandchildren! I also love to garden and volunteer with my church.
My dream vacation is to sail the Greek Isles!
