Brianna Rhea has been with Apria since mid-2022 and spends her days as a Branch Coordinator out of the Louisville, Colorado office, helping out patients. Brianna shared a bit about her life and her time here so far with Apria, and here is what she had to say:
I joined Apria because I've always wanted a job that allowed me to help people, and put myself into their shoes and what they’re going through.
I stay because I’m proud to work at Apria because I’m able to be selfless every single day, I’m able to work with others and do everything I can to help them live more simply, and do everything I can to make their life a little easier. I see myself here long term, I love what I get to do at work everyday.
Taking care of our patients and their needs. I help with wellness calls, so making outbound calls to verify patients received all their correct equipment for O2, CPAP and DME. I answer any questions they may have or help them understand the equipment. I also take inbound calls to help assist with patients and schedule order deliveries. I also help with the front desk and get patients signed in for appointments, and help train new hires as well. I do a mix of a lot of things. My goal is to keep moving up and to expand my knowledge with Apria.
I love to play with my dogs, spend quality time with my family, and go to the gym.
My dream vacation is anywhere with a beach, palm trees and warm weather!
