Dan Starck rejoined Apria in April 2012 as the company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and in December 2013, he was appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors. He previously served Apria for 14-years in progressively more responsible roles in branch, region and division operations in the western United States. From 2003 to 2006, he held the role of Apria’s Executive Vice President (EVP) of Business Operations and EVP of Revenue Management.
From 2006 to his reunion with Apria, Dan served as CEO of CorVel Corporation. Under his leadership, he achieved significant revenue and earnings growth for the Orange County, California-based, national provider of industry-leading workers’ compensation solutions.
Debra L. Morris
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Debra joined the Company in March 2013 as the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for driving and supporting key strategic growth and profitability initiatives, as well as overseeing the company’s finance, data analytics, sales operations functions and overall business performance.
She previously held such positions as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer – Americas for Sitel, a global leader in customer care centers; Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for LifeMasters Supported Self-Care, Inc., a national disease management company; Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Caliber Holdings Corporation, the nation’s largest collision repair company; and CFO Partner for Tatum LLC, a national executive services firm where she was also appointed to the company’s Board of Directors. Debra spent the earlier part of her career in progressively more responsible roles with CB Richard Ellis, the world’s largest commercial real estate services company, including EVP, Global Marketing and Integration and EVP, Global Chief Accounting Officer
Mark Litkovitz
Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer
Mark Litkovitz has over 29 years of experience in information technology. He joined Apria Healthcare in April 2009 and has led multiple areas of the IT organization before being promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer in January 2014. Prior to joining Apria Healthcare, Mark spent 24 years in IT services primarily with Perot Systems, providing IT services and consulting to multiple companies in the engineering and construction, manufacturing and distribution industries. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Akron in Ohio
Bill Guidetti
Executive Vice President, East Division
Bill Guidetti has over 25 years of healthcare experience. He currently leads Apria’s Sales and Operations for the eastern half of the United States in his role of Executive Vice President. Bill rejoined the Company in December 2011 as the Division Vice President of Operations, Central Division, responsible for driving financial and revenue cycle performance of field operations for 83 branch locations, as well as developing strategic market share expansion plans consistent with corporate initiatives. He previously served Apria for five years in progressively more responsible roles in region and division operations in central and mid-Atlantic United States. From 2004 to 2009, he held the role of Apria’s Division Vice President of Operations, North Central Division.
He has successfully led diverse service industry organizations with annual revenues from $3.5 million to $2 billion through improved performance, increasing enterprise value and reducing exposure to liabilities. From 2009 until joining Apria again, he was CEO of Total Sleep Diagnostic, Inc., a network of hospital-based sleep centers that provide diagnostic testing and treatment services for patients suffering from sleep apnea and other sleep disorders.
Bill holds a double Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication with a minor in Business Administration from Northeastern University, Boston, MA; and worked on his MBA at Monmouth University, West Long Branch, NJ.
Jeff Newnham
Executive Vice President, Central Division
Jeff Newnham has more than 30 years in healthcare leadership across a range of sales, marketing, operations, and business development roles in North America and Europe. Jeff brings to Apria a diverse, global background across a range of sales, marketing, operations, and business development roles in North America and Europe. Most recently, as president of Phonak LLC, a global leader in hearing healthcare, he led the US business operations, capitalizing on emerging opportunities to grow the business year-over-year by more than $500 m. Additionally, he served as Vice President, Europe, Middle East, and Africa for Alcon Management, a division of Novartis AG, a multinational pharmaceutical company headquartered in Switzerland. Jeff holds a B.A. in Economics from McMaster University, Hamilton, Canada.

Nikki Denney Executive Vice President, West DivisionNichola joined Apria from WellPoint/Anthem where she served as Staff Vice President, Medical Management. She is an accomplished senior executive with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry in both publicly-traded and privately-held organizations, including a prior position as Vice President for LifeMasters Supported Self-Care, Inc., an interactive disease management company. From 1995 to 2004, Nikki worked in Apria Healthcare’s Northern California region in progressively more responsible and successful roles, including Branch Manager, Region Logistics Manager, Region Revenue Manager, and Regional Vice President of Operations. Her extensive knowledge spans such areas of focus as client account management, large-scale clinical and customer service call centers, field-based clinical community services, accounts receivable management and logistics/field service operations. |

Robert P. Walker Executive Vice President, Managed CareEffective April 2013, Robert Walker rejoined Apria as the Executive Vice President, Managed Care, for the RT/HME business unit. From 1998 – 2002, he held the position as Apria’s Vice President of Sales, serving the Pacific Division and Mid-South Region. Most recently, Robert was the Chief Sales Officer for Poplar Healthcare; and previously served as President of the company’s oncology/women’s laboratory division, OncoMetrix and Women’s Health Laboratory. He spent the earlier part of his career in various roles, including General Manager, Sr. Vice President and Founder of OralDNA Labs, Inc.; and Vice president Administration with American Esoteric Laboratories. Robert is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management degree and serves on the board of Valet Waste a portfolio company of New Mountain Capital, Evident Health Services and is Chairman elect of the Oklahoma State Alumni Association. |
Raoul Smyth
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, Raoul Smyth is responsible for the legal department at Apria Healthcare. In this role, he provides the company with legal services and counsel in the areas of healthcare and regulatory law, litigation, and corporate, commercial and securities law.
Raoul has been with Apria Healthcare since 1996. He is also responsible for directing the legal aspects of the company’s compliance program.
With over 30 years of experience, Raoul began his career and later became partner a large Dallas, Texas law firm and later served as the chief executive officer and managing partner of Smyth & Devereux, a firm with offices in Dallas and Los Angeles before coming to Apria Healthcare.
Raoul is a graduate of the University of North Texas and received his master of science in foreign service (with an emphasis in international business and taxation) and juris doctor degrees from Georgetown University.
Angela Fyfe
Executive Vice President, Enterprise Services
Angela Fyfe serves as Apria’s Executive Vice President, Enterprise Services, which includes Customer Service, Field Shared Services, Marketing, Product Management, eCommerce, Sleep Supply, and APN. Ms. Fyfe brings over 25 years of executive experience in diverse industries including healthcare, financial services, and retail, serving in a variety of leadership positions within operations, customer care, sales, marketing, and client services. Ms. Fyfe joined Apria in 2016 as the Vice President, Customer Care Center Customer Service Operations and prior to this, she was the Chief Operating Officer for LIFENEXUS, a healthcare technology company. Prior roles include leading a $50M business unit for SHPS Carewise Health, a leader in health and wellness solutions for large employers and serving in various executive positions at LifeMasters and Deluxe Corporation where she served for 16 years in progressive leadership roles and where her operations were recognized as World Class by the Brady Group, a leading call center consulting firm. Ms. Fyfe earned her B.A. in marketing at the University of Tulsa and her MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Celina M. Scally
SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer
Celina serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. She is the steward of Apria’s culture and responsible for driving the Company’s ethics, values, and social responsibility to our nationwide workforce of nearly 8,000 with diverse talents and skills.
In addition to managing all aspects of Human Resources, Celina strategically ensures the organization possesses the people, skills and capabilities to develop and execute the organization’s mission and growth strategy. As a member of the executive leadership team, she partners with the business to provide consultative support and counsel and align business needs and Human Resources strategies to support the business.
She joined Apria Healthcare in 1990 and has consistently achieved and earned positions of greater responsibility, having been promoted from roles in the field organization in both billing and customer service to Director, Customer Service and Training & Development to Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management.
Celina has championed Apria’s commitment to hiring the country’s military veterans and military spouses and was awarded the Patriotic Employer award by the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR). She was recognized by the Orange County, CA chapter of the National Human Resources Association (NHRA) as its 2015 Executive of the Year and spearheaded the Company’s award-winning efforts as the recipient of ADP’s Strategic Human Capital Management Award for its strategic initiatives to improve efficiencies and save resources, money and/or time while serving the HR and payroll needs of its employees.
