Apria Healthcare offers a variety of medical plans to meet the differing needs of our employees. All of our medical plans are ACA compliant and provide comprehensive healthcare services while minimizing the potential financial impact of catastrophic medical costs for you and your eligible family members. They also provide you with no-cost preventive care to help you and your dependents (if applicable) focus on staying healthy.
Each of the medical plans also includes a prescription drug plan which covers both generic, brand, and non-formulary drugs. If you take medication on an ongoing basis, the plan includes a drug mail-order program which allows you to purchase a 90-day supply of medication at a lower cost and have it shipped directly to your home.
Apria offers two PPO dental plans through a nationally recognized insurance provider. The Standard Plan offers 100% paid preventative and diagnostic services as well as the same coinsurance for all other services regardless of whether your dentist is in-network or out-of-network. Deductible amounts will vary, however. A lower cost Basic Plan is also available with higher benefit coverage if you visit a dentist in the provider network. Both plans include orthodontia benefit for dependents up to age 19.
Vision coverage is provided through a large national managed vision care program. The provider’s integrated network allows you to select providers from an extensive provider network, including private practice optometrists, ophthalmologists, and opticians.
