Daniel J. Starck: EVP, Business Excellence, Owens & Minor

Daniel J. Starck has served as our Chief Executive Officer since February 2015.

Prior to assuming this role, Mr. Starck served as the Chief Executive Officer of our home respiratory therapy and home medical equipment segment since he joined the Company in April 2012 and became one of our Directors in December 2013.

Prior to joining us, from 2006 to 2012, Mr. Starck served as Chief Executive Officer of CorVel Corporation (“CorVel”), an Orange County, California-based national provider of industry-leading workers’ compensation solutions for employers, third-party administrators, insurance companies, and government agencies seeking to control costs and promote positive outcomes.

Mr. Starck joined CorVel in 2006 as President and Chief Operating Officer after serving Apria and a predecessor company in a series of progressively more responsible operations roles from 1992 to 2006.

Mr. Starck holds a B.S. in Business from San Diego State University in California.

William "Jeff" Ingram: Executive Vice President, Managed Care

Jeff's business background with Apria spans 22 years with multiple positions at varied leadership levels, from sales, sales management, and managed care positions. These include Regional Vice President (RVP) Sales, Division Vice President (DVP) Sales, Senior Vice President (SVP) National Accounts, Executive Vice President (EVP) Sales, SVP Managed Care, and now EVP Managed Care.

Jeff holds a Business of Science degree in Economics from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, TX, along with his MBA there.

His passions beyond work include being a sports parent, and avid adventurist in golf, duck hunting, and fishing.

Angela Fyfe: Executive Vice President, Enterprise Services

Angela Fyfe serves as our Executive Vice President, Enterprise Services, which includes customer service, field shared services, marketing and product management.

Ms. Fyfe brings over 25 years of executive experience in diverse industries including healthcare, financial services, and retail, serving in a variety of leadership positions within operations, customer care, sales, marketing, and client services.

Ms. Fyfe joined Apria in 2016 as the Vice President, Customer Service Operations, and prior to joining Apria, she was the Chief Operating Officer for LIFENEXUS, a healthcare technology company.

Ms. Fyfe earned her B.A. in marketing at the University of Tulsa and her M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix.

Mark E. Litkovitz: Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer

Mark E. Litkovitz has served as our Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer since January 2014.

Prior to assuming this role, Mr. Litkovitz led multiple areas of our IT organization after joining the company in 2009. Mr. Litkovitz previously spent 24 years in IT services, supporting organizations in multiple industries, serving in various technical, leadership, project and business development roles.

Mr. Litkovitz holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Akron in Ohio.

Celina M. Scally: Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer Patient Direct

Celina M. Scally has served as our Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer since 2013 and has been with the Company since 1990. In her current role, Ms. Scally is responsible for managing all aspects of the Company’s human resources department.

Prior to assuming this role, Ms. Scally served the Company in progressively more responsible roles in the field organization in both billing and customer service, to Director, Customer Service and Training & Development to Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management.

Ms. Scally holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Phoenix.

William Guidetti: Regional President

Bill Guidetti has over 25 years of healthcare experience. He currently leads Apria’s Sales and Operations for the eastern half of the United States in his role of Regional President. Bill rejoined the Company in December 2011 as the Division Vice President of Operations, Central Division, responsible for driving financial and revenue cycle performance of field operations for 83 branch locations, as well as developing strategic market share expansion plans consistent with corporate initiatives.

He previously served Apria for five years in progressively more responsible roles in region and division operations in central and mid-Atlantic United States. From 2004 to 2009, he held the role of Apria’s Division Vice President of Operations, North Central Division.

He has successfully led diverse service industry organizations with annual revenues from $3.5 million to $2 billion through improved performance, increasing enterprise value and reducing exposure to liabilities. From 2009 until joining Apria again, he was CEO of Total Sleep Diagnostic, Inc., a network of hospital-based sleep centers that provide diagnostic testing and treatment services for patients suffering from sleep apnea and other sleep disorders.

Bill holds a double Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication with a minor in Business Administration from Northeastern University, Boston, MA; and worked on his MBA at Monmouth University, West Long Branch, NJ.

Nichola Denney: Regional President

Nichola joined Apria from WellPoint/Anthem where she served as Staff Vice President, Medical Management.

She is an accomplished senior executive with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry in both publicly-traded and privately-held organizations, including a prior position as Vice President for LifeMasters Supported Self-Care, Inc., an interactive disease management company.

From 1995 to 2004, Nikki worked in Apria Healthcare’s Northern California region in progressively more responsible and successful roles, including Branch Manager, Region Logistics Manager, Region Revenue Manager, and Regional Vice President of Operations.

Her extensive knowledge spans such areas of focus as client account management, large-scale clinical and customer service call centers, field-based clinical community services, accounts receivable management, and logistics/field service operations.
