Oct. 12--EL PASO -- The West Texas Ryan White Administrative Agency plans to distribute about $1 million in the new fiscal year for Ryan White Part B services to people with HIV/AIDS.

Agencies are encouraged to submit a request for proposal.

Services include outpatient and ambulatory care, AIDS pharmaceutical assistance, health insurance assistance, health and hospital services, case management, and mental-health services.
