MEDICAL PLANS
  • CIGNA Open Access Plus (OAP/Plus) Plan
    Reimburses 80% of eligible in-network expenses (or 60% when services are not received from an OAP/Plus provider).
  • CIGNA High Deductible Health Plan
    Lets you establish a tax-free, interest-earning account to cover any out-of-pocket expenses.
Both plans also include prescription drug coverage.


DENTAL PLANS
  • MetLife Standard Dental Plan
    This individual deductible plan reimburses 100% of eligible preventive services and fillings, 80% of eligible basic services and 50% of eligible major services.
  • Copay Dental Plan
    Lower cost option uses procedure-charge schedules to determine your out-of-pocket expenses.

VISION PLAN
Provides comprehensive coverage through either VSP or private provider.

CIGNA Behavioral Health provides you and your family members with confidential guidance for a variety of personal and work-related issues that may affect your daily life. Includes a 24-hour, toll-free help line.
