Dan Kelly
Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Dan Kelly joined Apria Healthcare as executive vice president and chief information officer in December of 2008. In this role, Dan's primary responsibility is the delivery of information technology (IT) services and solutions that align with the business strategy and enable the delivery of high quality services and products to Apria's employees, patients, referral sources and customers. The IT team's goal is to identify the best combination of people, processes, and tools to meet Apria's IT needs effectively and efficiently while enhancing employee productivity.
Prior to joining Apria, Dan worked for the global IT Services firm Perot Systems in Plano, Texas. In his 23-year career, Dan has held a variety of positions providing IT services and solutions to clients in the commercial and government market sectors. Dan served as client executive, group director, and division general manager for many clients, including General Motors, Motorola Codex, Volkswagen of America, Parsons Corporation, KB Home, Washington Group International, Centex Homes, Pulte Homes, Hubbell, MKS Instruments and the U.S. Department of Education. Dan began his career at Electronic Data Systems in Plano, Texas where he graduated from the Systems Engineer Development program and served as a Systems Engineer and group lead for several years.
Dan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management from Siena College and performed graduate work toward a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Michigan. Dan resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and three children.
